Church Planting Training at Destiny College
Church Planting Training Module 2012
At each module there will be a variety of experienced speakers from within and without the Destiny Ministries Network. The teaching will also be carried out in a variety of ways including: lectures, discussions, interviews, workshops... etc. This will be a dynamic learning environment designed to equip people well for church planting and the mission field.
MODULE 3: LEADING A NEW CHURCH WITH STRENGTH

Cost: £25 (£20 concession) until 06 April 2012, thereafter £35 (£30 concession). The inclusive costs will cover breakfast, lunch, refreshments, speakers and training materials.
Times (Days 1 & 2): 09:00-17:00
Theme (Day 1):
Understanding the Biblical Leadership & Pastoring Paradigm:
- Preaching, teaching and vision casting
- Ephesians 4 ministries
- Eldership & its purpose
- The role of a deacon
Theme (Day 2):
Putting in Place Effective Systems:
- Why big/small meetings?
- Developing a strong church program
- Fund raising, finance & budget management
- Mobilizing volunteers, staff recruitment
The training comprises a continuous, recurring annual cycle of 4 modules: (September/November/April/September) which means that anyone wishing to be trained in church planting can join the cycle at any point in the year with a view to completing the 4 modules from that point on.
