well as attending a Masterclass at the start and
end of each day all together, students register for and follow 1 of 3 streams each term. The titles of these streams are as follows: |

What Does Each Stream Contain?
Stream 1 - Effective Leadership in the Advancing Church
Somebody once said that “the problem is always leadership and the answer is always leadership”. In this stream, proven, effective leaders will share insights and leadership principles that actually work! If you are leading a church, team, ministry or group of people, then this will be a source of input, encouragement and skill giving that you don’t want to miss! Classes on various aspects of leadership will run in all 3 terms.
Stream 2 - Training for Practical Ministry
Term 1 (Nov and Dec) – Music & Worship
Ministry and Technical Teams
These two vital areas must flow together well.
Study of the Music & Worship Ministry will
include aspects of teamsmanship and servanthood
within the local church. The classes will seek
to invest into church musicians and consider
the expectations and demands made of them. Worship
leading in different settings, songwriting and
the journey of a song will be covered.
Technical aspects of church meetings and ministry will also be looked at such as mixing live sound and using graphics and video effectively in church meetings.
Term 2 (Feb and March) - Caring
for People
It’s all about God and people! Therefore we need
to know how to care for people, love people and
lead people. We will explore relationships and
working with groups, this course promises to
be practical and extremely relevant for all those
involved with the care, leadership and discipleship
of others.
Term 3 (April and May) - Reaching
Out
Jesus said to “Go into all the world....”. How
do we share the eternal message of the Gospel
in an ever changing world in a real, effective
way? What can we do to change our communities
and cities? This class seeks to provide answers
from those seeing things happen on the ground
where they are.
Stream 3 - Biblical Studies Modules
This stream contains the following:
Term 1: AM Classes: Brief Overview of the Old Testament PM Classes: A Life of Faith.
Term 2: AM Classes: Brief Overview of the New Testament PM Classes: Other Faiths
Term 3: AM Classes: Brief Overview of Church History PM Classes: The Church in the Power of The Spirit
